Chromebook "split screen" accessibility

This an accessibility feature of the Chromebook which docks a magnified image of the mouse location to the top half of the screen.

To turn it off. Click on the system info in the bottom right corner (the clock and wifi area). 

Click on "Accessibility" (pictured below)

Then ​look for "Docked Magnifier" (you may have to scroll down) and click on it to turn it off and restore normal screen display.
